My name is Gabriela Senn

In my career I had to reinvent myself again and again - until I found my calling. Namely to support you in living your most authentic and best Self and be an enrichment to the people around you and to the world.

My Story

Throughout my career I have moved through different worlds: pharmaceutical science, therapeutic work, running my own yoga studio and coaching. Some transitions I chose consciously – others arrived more abruptly, including a burnout that left clear marks and forced me to slow down in a way I would never have planned.

Looking back, those harder moments were turning points. They invited me to listen more honestly to my body, my energy and the quiet knowing that the way I was living and working was no longer fully aligned with who I had become. Step by step, I started to adjust my path instead of pushing through.

My experience in “finding your purpose” coaching taught me that purpose is not one final answer for a lifetime, but something that can evolve and becomes clearer when you are grounded, have more stable energy and create space to really hear yourself. Today, my work is to offer that kind of calm, clear space to you – so you can listen in the same way and turn what you discover into real, tangible next steps in your life.

My Story

Just when I thought I had it all together, everything fell apart. I was flying high, doing work I adored (running my own yoga center), loving my life as a mother of two young children when… bam! My husband left me, my marriage ended and my life as I knew it was turned upside down. I was in shock as well as an intense amount of grief. And I was gripped by an overwhelming fear; how would I provide for my 2 children on my own?

While my yoga center was doing well, the income wasn’t enough to support all three of us. I had a lot of experience to fall back upon, like my years as a therapist with top-level training in bioresonance, kinesiology, NLP and hypnotherapy. And before I had my two children, I co-ran the Center for Personal Development where I led seminars and workshops that transformed people’s lives.

But I was wrong. Dead wrong. A toxic environment, the wrong people - in short: it ended in a burnout. Everything was gone: my job, my health, my income. No connection to myself anymore.

But there is a silver lining to this story. My complete breakdown forced me to stop, slow down, listen to my body and my intuition and reconnect with who I really am. I turned to the tools and practices I knew from my many years in healing and self-development, and I started trusting my inner guidance again.

As a result, I healed my body and discovered my true calling: helping people unleash their full potential and step into work that makes them happy, fulfilled, and proud of their contribution.
