I was flying high, doing work I adored (running my own yoga center), loving my life as a mother of two young children when\u2026 bam! My husband left me, my marriage ended and my life as I knew it was turned upside down. I was in shock as well as an intense amount of grief. I had a lot of experience to fall back upon, like my years as a therapist with top-level training in bioresonance, kinesiology, NLP and hypnotherapy. My complete breakdown forced me to stop, slow down, listen to my body and my intuition and reconnect with who I really am.
